Senior Executive, Entrepreneurship Development Programmes

The role of Senior Executive, Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) involves operational tasks related to NTU Entrepreneurship Academy (NTUpreneur)'s EDP. The responsibilities include promoting and marketing courses, managing course registration, preparing instructors' contracts, overseeing logistical arrangements, timetabling, assisting in outreach activities, and ensuring smooth program operations. Additionally, the incumbent will track payments and subsidies approval for new courses, monitor expenses, and ensure business sustainability while maintaining program quality.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist in marketing and promoting new CET courses
- Create promotional materials and events
- Generate content for social media
- Address public or corporate course inquiries
2. Business Development Activities Support:
- Organize meetings with external agencies
- Maintain customer database
- Facilitate customer registrations
- Ensure documentation for SSG grants is complete
3. Logistical Support:
- Prepare classrooms and stationeries
- Coordinate catering and transport arrangements
- Administer participation certificates
- Provide administrative assistance to instructors
4. Administrative Support:
- Plan class schedules
- Confirm instructor availability
- Handle instructor requests
- Manage attendance records
- Support participants' engagement
5. Course Fee Processing:
- Ensure timely payment of course fees
- Handle refunds when necessary
- Submit monthly reports on CET courses
