Atlas Professionals is looking for professionals to work as Business Development Specialist involved in (Marine Nitrogen Purging/Blanketing & Gas Supply) with one of the clients of the office in Singapore, Singapore.

It's a permanent position in Singapore. Do you have the necessary experience?

Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target ship owners and operators within the maritime industry who require nitrogen purging, blanketing, and gas supply services.
  • Utilize existing industry connections and networks to establish rapport and secure new accounts.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and their specific needs.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and market penetration.
  • Travel extensively to meet with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales progress, market insights, and account management status.
  • Identify potential areas for service improvement and communicate these insights to internal teams.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in business development within the maritime sector, with a focus on nitrogen purging, blanketing, and gas supply services.
  • Strong understanding of Marine Nitrogen Purging / Blanketing & Gas Supply processes and technologies.
  • Established network of ship owners, operators, and industry contacts.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking and a knack for identifying and capitalizing on market trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problemsolving mindset and adaptability to changing market conditions.
  • Understanding of maritime regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
