The Job:

  • Assist in administrative functions of a department such as purchasing/procurement, logistics/inventory, customer service, receptionist, staff claims, etc.
  • Responsible for proper filing and documentation
  • Any other adhoc tasks
  • O Level/ITE/Diploma of any disciplines
  • Proactive, independent, fastpaced, team player
  • Technologysavvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office
- **Prefer eligible to work in Singapore without work pass sponsorship

  • Working Location: West of Singapore
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
