Business Development Executive (Hybrid: 2 Days WFH, 3 Days On-Site)

Rasnova Pte Ltd is a fast-growing startup specializing in logistics and event solutions for both businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C). We cater to a wide range of event types, from intimate private celebrations to large-scale corporate gatherings and festivals. Our expertise includes:

- Festivals & Public Events – Large-scale concerts, expos, trade shows

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Growth:✔ Identify and secure B2B and B2C contracts for logistics and event services.
✔ Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive market expansion.
✔ Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and networking to create new sales opportunities.
✔ Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
✔ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
✔ Provide customized solutions tailored to client needs.
✔ Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations to secure contracts.
✔ Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
✔ Develop and present high-impact business proposals and contract agreements.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
✔ Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales data.
✔ Provide weekly business performance reports and revenue forecasts to management.
✔ Analyze sales trends, lead conversion rates, and client retention metrics to optimize strategies.
✔ Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions to expand business reach.
✔ Participate in continuous business development training to enhance skills.
✔ Contribute to company-wide growth initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.
✅ Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in logistics, events, or related industries).
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Ability to identify new opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute deals.
✅ Highly motivated with a go-getter attitude in a startup environment.
✅ Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus.
✅ Comfortable with a hybrid work model (2 days WFH, 3 days on-site).
Performance-Based Earnings – Base salary + uncapped commission + high bonuses.
Hybrid Work Flexibility – 2 days work-from-home, 3 days on-site for client meetings.

Minimum Salary Upon Meeting KPIs: SGD 3,500 per month
Top Performers Can Earn: SGD 8,000 – SGD 12,000 per month
✔️ Base Pay + 5% Commission on Closed Deals
✔️ Incentive Bonuses (SGD 800 – SGD 1,500 per month)
