Front Desk Associate

About the role
As a member of our Front desk / concierge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our nursing home resident and guest.
Manning the Front desk and service counters, you would be welcoming guests of the residents and efficiently coordinate their visit with the ward staff.
Core Duties
- Handling guest inquiries, potential resident requests and complaints with a positive, professional and solutions-oriented approach
- Assisting with the coordination and management of guest reservations of the visitation timeslot.
- Support in the admission, discharge and administration of residents
- Coordinate transportation of residents for appointments and other dispatch arrangements
Job requirement
- Prior experience in a customer service or front office role. Some experience within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with resident and guest.
- A positive, friendly and helpful attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences for resident and their guest
- Proficiency in spoken and written English. Fluency in a Chinese dialect will be helpful in communicating with elderly residents.
- 5-day work week with rotating rest day and shift. Able to work on Sat, Sun & PH
- Rotating shift (8am-5pm & 11.30am-8.30pm)
- Full time and Permanent part time role available
