Main Responsibilities:


Lead the Business Unit

  • The BU manager is in charge of building a balanced vision for his BU between the bottom up client driven trends and the top down Murex driven objectives. The capacity to set up this strategy clearly, validate it regularly with the Murex management, share it regularly with the colleagues working in the BU .

Be the senior reference in the Business Unit

  • Build a strong and excellent relationship with the sponsors of the strategic accounts in his Business Unit, to be the senior trusted advisor of the key decision makers at the clients and influence them towards Murex strategy

Monitor the Business unit performance

  • Develop the territory, together with the business development manager
  • Ensure Operational excellence, in cooperation with the domains of expertise
  • Ensure a high client satisfaction while keeping the target P&L of the territory

Gatekeeper of the Murex strategy in the Business Unit

  • Keep up to date with the product and service offers, and ensure that the Murex product and services strategy are reflected in the BU plan

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field
  • 15+ yrs of experience in capital market software industry
  • Good communicator: ability to clearly communicate with people at all levels about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations, and feedback
  • Demonstrated maturity in interacting with clients at mid to senior management level
  • Ability to perform under pressure and believe he/ she can influence the outcome and see it as an opportunity,
  • Team Building Skills provides the substance that holds the team together in common purpose toward the right objective,
