SENIOR HR and ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Responsible for the human resource administration with respect to the ‘Staff’ category of employees and for the monthly payroll processing of these employees’ salary.
Responsibilities
· Prepare and issue employment contracts;
· Conduct orientation of new employees;
· Apply, monitor, renew and cancel various work passes;
· Apply for foreign workers’ security bond;
· Administer terms and conditions of employment;
· Compute and process staff’s salary using INFOTECH;
· Generate payroll GL to Accounts department monthly;
· Apply for, monitor, and renew or cancel factory licences where required;
· Ad hoc duties as assigned by the HR and Admin Manager
Requirements
· At least a diploma in Human Resource Management, preference will be given to candidates with a degree;
· Min. 5 years’ experience or more in the payroll processing via a software and familiarity with MOM Portal processes;
· Prior experience working in the construction industry;
· Pleasant personality, good communication skills, maturity, integrity, and the ability to interact with various levels of employees.
