Responsibilities:

  • Be a Valuable Resource to the Organization: Contribute proactively to the company's success by adding value in all areas of responsibility and consistently demonstrating leadership potential and commitment to organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of company goals, fostering strong working relationships across departments.
  • Identify Market Trends and Opportunities: Continuously gather and analyze trends, emerging directions, and business opportunities relevant to the organization, particularly focusing on areas like RCL growth.
  • Develop End-to-End Processes: Create, implement, and optimize processes that are efficient, appropriate, and aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across operations.
  • Track, Evaluate, and Report Data: Monitor and assess key performance metrics, track progress, prepare weekly reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements and strategic decision-making.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Take on ad-hoc tasks and implement projects as needed to support the company’s strategic initiatives, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Recent Graduate or with up to 2 years of working experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and passionate about striving for excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
