Responsibilties

  • Manage the implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of MarTech platforms, such as CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics software.
  • Analyze marketing and customer data to derive actionable insights and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize workflow automation tools like Zapier, AppScript, and RPA to streamline marketing processes and boost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop hyper-personalized campaigns and cutting-edge digital solutions.
  • Enhance digital engagement strategies by optimizing content and user experiences across owned channels, including email marketing (eDMs), social media platforms, and websites.
  • Stay informed about MarTech advancements and experiment with innovative solutions to improve overall marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a MarTech-focused role
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Freshsales), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio), and marketing automation tools
  • Strong skills in automation and integration platforms like Zapier, AppScript, and RPA
  • Strong skills in website content management tools (wordpress, webflow)
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience in implementing marketing automation and hyper-personalized campaigns
  • Knowledge of APIs and data integration processes
  • Certification in MarTech platforms or related technologies
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, passionate about technology, and capable of quickly learning new IT solutions
