ASPIRE GLOBAL NETWORK PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Sales Leader to spearhead our growth initiatives in the Martech space across South East Asia.

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and delivering results through strategic execution and accountability. If you have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, domain expertise in Martech or Adtech, and a proven ability to close deals and exceed targets, we want to hear from you

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing and data analytics, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and a positive, can-do mindset focused on growth and achieving results.

This role requires a natural sales pro who excels at mentoring and developing sales teams, with a knack for coaching SDRs and refining sales processes. If you're passionate about driving business outcomes through innovative sales strategies and have a talent for building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Martech market.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, focusing on talent development, process improvement, and result-driven performance.
  • Prioritize key verticals, craft tailored engagement strategies, and consistently close deals with precision.
  • Benchmark against industry standards and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and delivery of measurable activity that drives pipeline generation.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver aligned business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong background in Martech or Adtech.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, exceeding targets, and delivering results through strategic execution and accountability.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A positive, can-do mindset, always focused on growth and achieving results.
