Roles & Responsibilities

Administration Officer
  • Working hours: 5 days, 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Location: Buangkok
  • Salary: S$ 2,200 - 2,400

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as managing schedule, documents, database for the residents.
  • Manage the meal arrangement for the residents and shift staff
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Attend to phone calls and visitors to the Hostel.
  • Support other administrative functions, including supporting shift during an emergency.
  • Manage bookings of rooms, recording of meeting minutes, as well as security screening request and archive all results.
  • Administration function for the Community Interventions Division

Requirement:

  • Min Diploma in any field (Business Administration and Facilities Management would be strong advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc
