About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive talent acquisition strategies across multiple countries, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talents.
Key Responsibilities
✅ End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for roles across the region.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
✅ Talent Pipeline
- Build a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Engage with universities, industry networks, and professional organizations to attract top candidates.
✅ Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals where necessary.
✅ Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and hiring trends to guide recruitment strategies.
- Track key hiring metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Preferably 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
