Pantry Assistant

We invite self-motivated, initiative individual to join our Administration Team.
The role involves:
- Cleaning of the office area
- Cleaning of pantry, including microwave ovens + refrigerator
- Cleaning of the sinks
- Cleaning of pantry tabletop
- Cleaning of all the hot desks
- Cleaning of all Focus and Private Rooms
- Cleaning of Meeting Rooms
- Cleaning of glass boards, whiteboards, Condeco panels
- Cleaning of glass and window panels
- Cleaning of glass doors, door handles, copiers and common touch surface area
- Cleaning of locker surfaces
- Topping up and cleaning of Nestle coffee machine in pantry
- Refilling fresh milk in Starbucks machine
- Mopping of pantry floor
- Clearing of rubbish (3x a day)
- Clearing of shredder machine
- Vacuuming of office between 7am – 8am daily
- Sweeping of carpet / floor when required during the day when staff are in office
- Replenishing of pantry stock
- Supervision of vendors when required
- Assisting in any required work with co-colleagues
- Any other ad-hoc duties as & when required
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A good team member, hardworking, willing to suggest ways to improve working methods & willing to accept feedback
