私人助理 / Personal Assistant
我们正在寻找一位专业、高效、责任心强的私人助理,协助公司董事处理日常事务。该职位要求中英文流利,具备优秀的沟通能力和组织能力。
We are looking for a professional, efficient, and responsible Personal Assistant to support our company’s Director with daily tasks. This role requires fluency in both Chinese and English, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
职位职责 / Responsibilities:
- 协助董事处理日常事务,包括日程安排、会议协调、文件管理等;
- 负责中英文文件的撰写、翻译及整理;
- 协助商务活动的安排与执行,包括差旅、接待及重要会议;
- 处理董事的私人事务,如预订行程、行政管理等;
- 其他交办的相关事务。
- Assist the Director with daily tasks, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document management;
- Draft, translate, and organize documents in both Chinese and English;
- Arrange and execute business activities such as travel, receptions, and important meetings;
- Handle personal matters for the Director, including travel bookings and administrative tasks;
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
任职要求 / Requirements:
- **中英文流利**(书面及口语),能进行商务沟通和文件翻译;
- **具备良好的组织和时间管理能力**,能在高压环境下高效工作;
- **有责任心,注重细节**,具备出色的执行能力;
- **熟练使用办公软件**(Word、Excel、PowerPoint等);
- **具备相关工作经验者优先**。
- **Fluency in both Chinese and English** (written and spoken), capable of business communication and document translation;
- **Excellent organizational and time management skills**, able to work efficiently under pressure;
- **Highly responsible, detail-oriented**, with strong execution abilities;
- **Proficiency in office software** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- **Relevant work experience preferred**.
