What you’ll doWe are looking for an Executive Recruiter to be a trusted partner and manager as we continue to scale our great talent bench in support of our sustained global growth. As a Leadership/ Executive Recruiter, you will be a trusted partner with our Tech (Product, Engineering, and Design) and general business leadership in hiring for our leadership roles, focusing on job scoping, executive alignment, candidate sourcing, and closing. You will also lead and manage our highly effective Leadership Recruitment team with view on team leadership, metrics, and process improvements. We are building a truly unique, global company and as such, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of roles.
The successful candidate gets excited at the prospect of ramping up and learning new subject matter to properly identify talent and speak credibly to them. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to fill key strategic positions within Airwallex on a global scale. This role requires exceptional influencing skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where successful outcomes are recognized and celebrated. Moreover, you are someone passionate about recruitment and can play a part in building out a high performing team.

Responsibilities:- Partner with senior executives to define strategic hiring needs and develop candidate profiles
- Utilize creative and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier executive talent
- Serve as a thought partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for executive positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Lead and manage the executive recruitment team with care focusing on scalable process, data insights, and process improvements. As a leader, you will help the team succeed and be effective, while also partnering with executives to prioritize your team’s focus.
- Provide a consistently positive candidate experience by building trusted relationships with candidates
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and goals
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in recruitment hiring progressively senior-level candidates (up to VP or C-level), preferably in a fast-paced, growth stage environment with a high talent bar
- Prior experience in team leadership
- Passionate about recruitment with a view on how to help your team be effective and successful as it scales
- Ability to ramp up on new domains in a short period of time, and ask the right questions to build alignment with hiring teams
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and closing candidates across varying circumstances (global roles, niche talent profiles, late-stage, pre-IPO company)
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that builds confidence and trust between senior-level hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a global setting
- Experience hiring for Product, Engineering, and Design (PED) roles would be a strong asset
