Job Scope:

1) To ensure Robot operates smoothly during deployment

2) To trouble shoot / reset robot if encounter problem during deployment operation

3) To monitor and ensure Robot delivery to destination

4) To observe and provide assistant to customer when retrieving merchandise from the Smart locker

Occupation

HUB OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (LOGISTICS)

5) To collect merchandise from participating retailer upon received pick up notification

6) To follow robot on it deployment route and ensure safety of the passer-by

7) To ensure robot return to the battery charging station and start charging

8) To check Smart locker is empty before returning to the charging station

9) To Retrieve un-collected merchandize from the locker and deliver to the customer manually

10) To work on the backend to upload merchandise to the E-com apps


Requirement:

1) ITE or Diploma certification

2) IT savvy, mechatronic background will be a plus

3) Candidate require to walk for at least 3 to 4 hours to ensure robot delivery to destination

4) Able to communicate well in English and Chinese is essential, as candidate is required to read and understood the Chinese version of Manual of robot.

5) As this is customer facing, candidate need to have a polite and humble and responsible .

6) Understand how internet, WIFI, Bluetooth connection and how the connection and APPs works.
