Summary:

  • 4 days Job / Perm Night Shift -12 hours shift
  • Basic + Allowance + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction & Patient Care: Greet clients and pets warmly, assist with check-in/out, address inquiries, and provide emotional support during sensitive situations.
  • Patient Registration & Communication: Register patients, maintain accurate records, update clients on wait times and treatments, and ensure seamless communication between clients and the veterinary team.
  • Administrative Support: Manage appointments, handle phone calls and emails, process payments, and maintain clinic paperwork and cleanliness.
  • Concierge Services: Create a welcoming environment, assist with special events, and enhance client loyalty through personalized service.
  • Team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with veterinarians and technicians, assist with patient intake and transport, and help manage client flow during busy or emergency situations.
