What You’ll Do:

Ensure smooth daily operations – Oversee office maintenance and coordinate repairs across HQ, outlets, and storage facilities.
Coordinate with contractors – Arrange and oversee maintenance of office facilities, including lift servicing, air conditioning, and general repairs.
Keep supplies well-stocked – Manage and replenish office and outlet consumables.
Support inventory coordination – Assist in receiving stock deliveries and maintaining accurate records.
Optimize storage & organization – Plan and maintain warehouse space for efficiency.
Assist with administrative tasks – Provide support for office operations and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.


What We’re Looking For:

Preferably with a Class 3 Driving License (not mandatory).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
