Job Summary: We are looking for an Admin Support Officer to assist with daily operations in our F&B e-commerce business. This role will involve supporting the team with administrative tasks, managing product listings, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth order processing.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the e-commerce team
- Assist in managing product listings, including updating product details and stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns
- Help process orders and coordinate deliveries with the logistics team
- Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure products are in stock and updated
- Support the team with general tasks like scheduling meetings and preparing reports
Requirement
- Experience in an admin or customer service role, ideally in e-commerce
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
