Roles & Responsibilities

HR Generalist (Payroll experience is a must)

  • 5 days work week
  • Location: North-east
  • Basic up to $3800
  • AWS & VB


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Accurately process payroll and handle benefits administration in compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy in all HR documentation.
  • Support training, development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle general office administration tasks, such as managing supplies, correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Contribute to HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, with a strong emphasis on payroll processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
