Operational Key Account Manager

Reports To: Head of Sales Singapore
The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with important customers. This role requires a dynamic and customer centric individual who can manage the operational aspects of key account.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key account/project, ensuring client needs met efficiently.
- Proactively work with customer and operation team/pricing team in facilitating corrective action when required.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of forwarder logistics import and export operations for both existed business and on-boarding new business through executing effective implementation best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data for MBR or QBR needed.
- Serve as a facilitator or single point of contact for implementation of new business, joint projects or any other customer requests. Work with internal stakeholders in country level, regional level, and global level for key account bases.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of Freight Forwarding operational key account related experience
- Excellent presentation and analysis skills
- Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
