Job Overview:
We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive/ Representative to join our team Whether you prefer in-store or event-based work, we want someone who is passionate about health and wellness to help drive sales and deliver exceptional service.


Retail Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers, offering personalized product recommendations.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store and event display.
  • Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and cycle counts.
  • Actively participate in atrium sales events, engaging with potential customers and promoting products.
  • Set up and manage event booths, ensuring an attractive and interactive presentation.
  • Demonstrate and showcase products to increase interest and sales.
  • Collect customer contact information for follow-ups and future promotions.

Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retail partners, healthcare professionals, and individual clients.
  • Organize and conduct product demonstrations/presentations to distributor/ partner
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve goals.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the health supplement, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Diploma in business, marketing, nutrition, or a related field is preferred but not compulsory
