RolePurpose
The Workplace ExperienceAmbassador team are the owners of the internal and external visitorexperience. The role exists to provide the highest possiblestandards of engagement with our internal and external customersthrough all front-of-house and meeting & event services. Whilstproviding front of house services is a key deliverable, the team isalso responsible for standards of presentation, administration anddelivery of all meeting and events services and areas, so will workin a variety of settings. Workplace Experience Ambassadors must becustomer and quality obsessed, demonstrate a high level of securityawareness at all times and have clear knowledge of all onsiteemergency and evacuationprocedures.
What this jobinvolves
- Takeownership of the internal and external visitor experience, toensure all interactions leave the customer with a positive,memorable experience
- Delivery of all corefront of house services such as sign-in, badging, luggage, lost andfound and deliveries
- Receive, direct and relaytelephone, email and other queries via front of house
- Greet, assist and direct candidates/new hires/visitorsand the general public appropriately
- Continualawareness of all onsite events, to ensure visitor experience ispersonalised and optimised
- Proactivelycontribute to maintaining the highest standards of presentation andfunctionality across the identified front of house and meeting andevent areas, with great attention to detail
- Undertake physical setup of meeting and event spaces, inline with team guidelines and EHS considerations
- Monitor meeting room environments including furniture,signage, equipment, temperature, fabric and consumables, ensuringfine detail is captured
- Create and efficientlymaintain up-to-date outlook, conference room finder and SharePointroom booking systems for the identified meeting and eventspaces
- High awareness of local area servicessuch as shops, restaurants, hotels and transport, in order tosupport customers
- Daily liaison with one-teampartners such as security and janitorial teams on the coordinationof meetings and events
- Provide timely,accurate & personalized response to meetings and eventsenquiries
- Work flexibly in different settingsas part of a the team
- Coordinate the dailyupdating of room booking displays in line with local/regionalprocesses
- Play a key part in supporting onsitespace audits and walk-the-store processes
- Support and cover other facilities team services asrequired, such as Trouble Ticket requests, incoming/outgoing mailand courier services, site inspections, and one-off oradministrativetasks

Soundslike you? To apply you need to be /have:
- Preferredexperience in reception, concierge or related field
- Previous catering or hospitality experience isdesirable
- Excellent people skills and abilityto interact with a wide range of client staff anddemands
- Previous experience of working withina high profile corporate environment
- Facilities Management exposure would bebeneficial
- Fluency in English and locallanguage
- Strong PC literacy and proven abilityto manage daily activities using various systems.
- Very high attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability andconfidence in communicating to customers at all levels, bothwritten and verbal.
- Ability to maintainprofessionalism at all times and be an ambassador of theteam.
- Be an excellent team player with thewant to go above and beyond for eachother
