Salary Range: SGD $2,200 - $2,500 per month (commensurate with experience).

We are seeking a friendly and professional Senior Front Desk / Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to join our team and contribute to our exceptional guest experience.

Job Description
The Senior Front Desk / Guest Relations Officer will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their visit. This role requires a customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage guest inquiries and reservations seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Reception: Welcome and assist guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Reservations Management: Manage table and event reservations efficiently, ensuring accurate scheduling and communication.
  • Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any guest issues or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Organization: Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
  • Upselling: Promote restaurant offerings, special events, and packages to enhance guest experience.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or guest relations role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in reservation systems is an advantage.
  • Education: Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
  • Language: Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Work Eligibility: Singaporean/PR preferred due to limited foreign worker quota.
