Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

· Report directly to General Manager.

· To provide assistance and Administrative support to General Manager and HR Team.

· Administrative jobs inclusive of application and renewal of various licenses for BCA / SDCF / SFA / SBF / SLA / RACAR / PSA / CAG – Airport Pass / Jurong Island Pass / etc.

· Maintenance of ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 14001:2018; ISO13485:2016; Bizsafe Star, ZGST, STP & etc; including Audit preparation for both Internal & External audits.

· Assist HR in Recruitment process.

· Maintenance of IT systems, server room & license eg. Creating of e-mails for new Users and liaising with IT Vendor - TOPPAN.

· Other ad hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

· Diploma and above

· Minimum 2 year of relevant experience

· Familiarisation of IT related software / hardware; ISO internal Auditor Certification & HR function

· Well versed in Risk Assessment Requirements

· Well versed in ISO related matters.

· Computer literate : MS Words, Power Point and Excel
