Campaign Manager
The ideal candidate would be someone with extensive experience in leading and managing ecommerce operation. Being the leader of ecommerce operation advisory for client, the Campaign Manager should define issues and give solutions to the client from analyzing data for better performance in Pure Player (Shopee & Lazada) platform and client D2C ecommerce platform as well in Singapore market
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead media budget planning for optimal media campaign by budget and performance inter analysis, including budget allocation in each media channel across FB, Google and Pure Player
- Encourage media agency to develop proper media plan and guide it to provide ultimate plan
- Collaborate with contents development team to prepare proper ad contents in time
- Communicate professionally with multiple stakeholders to go with rapid and concrete campaign execution
- Ensure all the preparation work should be accurate and manage the progress without causing any errors
- Able to interpret media data and actively suggest media optimization to improve conversion and sales during the campaign
- Manage End Of Campaign report with key takeaways to deliver insight to client for performance improvement on upcoming campaign
- Quality control all deliverables to make sure less claim from client
- Be proactive and strategic about putting forward new ideas, finding solutions to client’s business needs, monitoring of competitive activity / industry trends and bringing fresh thinking / innovation
- Confident to plan and conduct effective training sessions to ensure all resources and updated to brand standards for effective implementation.
Key Requirements:
- Min 3-5 years of ecommerce operation experience specially in the Pure Player platform
- Experience of digital media execution from planning to optimization by comprehending media data
- Strategic and analytic thinking and strong creative problem solving, both on a practical level in handling account operations.
- Excellent client and stakeholders management skills - liaise with multiple clients on an ongoing basis.
- Understanding client’s day-to-day needs (briefs) and confirming the direction of the team to fulfil these briefs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Proven track record in successfully deliver sales growth and channel expansion that drive significant market share and sales result.
- Excellent presentation/oral and negotiation skills - know how to sell a mid-level idea into clients, pushing back when necessary for the overall good of the project delivery
- Good understanding of Pure Player operation and its platforms.
- Knowledge on web analytics platform – Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics preferred.
- Prefer knowledge in project management tools like JIRA
