Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager for services delivery and business growth for Life Sciences Manufacturing Technologies covering clients in Singapore and USA.


Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Automation, MES, CSV, and Manufacturing IT solutions in key markets for Life Sciences.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US and Singapore regions, driving revenue growth.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and industry stakeholders.

· Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in Automation and MES solutions.

· Drive consultative sales by understanding client pain points and offering tailored project specific solutions.

· Work closely with internal teams to design and implement customized project solutions.

· Provide strategic insights on process automation, operational efficiency, and manufacturing technology advancements.

· Work across US and Singapore time zones to ensure seamless client interactions and project execution.

· Drive continuous improvements in sales processes, client onboarding, and solution delivery.

· Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

· Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.


Requirements:


Key requirement:

· Minimum 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Consulting and Delivery support, with a strong focus on Automation, MES, or Industrial Software.

· Experience in IT solutions Sales and Delivery.

· Certified Salesforce CRM Administrator (Mandatory).

· Proven track record in go-to-market execution and driving business growth.

· Flexibility to manage tasks across US and Singapore time zones. (Mandatory).

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering (Mandatory).

· Background Education in Business Administration is advantageous.

· Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
