The role:
- Overseeing employee benefit claims, which encompass medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, involves the meticulous review of submitted claims for precision, the processing of payments, the resolution of disputes with providers or employees, and the assurance of adherence to company policies and regulations.
- This role also entails serving as the main point of contact for employees concerning their benefit claims within a centralized HR shared services framework
- Offer support to employees concerning inquiries related to their paid leave entitlements.
- Manage employee benefits programs and facilitate the processing of inpatient claims with the insurance provider. Aid in the execution of various ad hoc human resources administrative responsibilities.
What are we looking for?
- Candidate with at least 5 years of experience in claims benefit.
- Experience in handling full cycle of Work Injury Claims, Government Paid Leave claim administration, Employee Benefits Administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
