Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the wholesale of bakery and pastry products. This role involves managing existing clients while developing new business opportunities, promoting our bakery and gelato products range, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, while identifying and developing new business through cold calls, client visits, and tailored product proposals.
- Promote and sell bread, gelato, and other bakery products to local supermarkets, hotels, and key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of products.
- Assist with delivery route management to streamline order fulfilment.
- Handle client feedback, providing solutions and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, track sales volumes, and analyze revenue performance for assigned key accounts.
- Lead the preparation and negotiation of tenders with key accounts to secure contracts.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies to win new business and drive sustainable growth.
- Follow up on customer payments, ensuring adherence to payment terms.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: ITE/N level/O level/Diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
