Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.

* Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.

* Serve food and beverages in accordance with our high standards.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining area and service stations.

* Assist in setting up the dining area before service and cleaning down after service.

* Communicate effectively with both the kitchen team and your fellow FOH team members to ensure seamless service.

* Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

* 1 year of work experience required in this role.

* Singaporean or Permanent Resident status preferred.

* Previous experience in a waiter or runner role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

* A passion for food and beverage, with a keen interest in chinese cuisine.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

* Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Part Time Salary Rate:

Up to $18/Hour

Full Time Salary up to $2600
