Highlights:

  • Contract duration: 6 months
  • Salary range: up to $3000 per month
  • Working location: Braddell MRT
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Min. 6 months of relevant experience in Marketing & Administration.
  • Proficiency in Arabic to translate Arabic Documents.
  • Proficient in softwares such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Canva.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create social media content and other marketing materials to raise program awareness.
  • Updating & maintaining of database, including checking of data accuracy & data completeness.
  • Responding to public enquiries.
  • Refine online application process.
  • Assist with digitization processes, digitising printed document archives, and document records management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
