As Head of Direct ScaledAcquisitions, you will lead a team of Vendor Performance Managerssupporting vendors and managing market performance. You willcollaborate with the regional Acquisitions Marketing team to alignlead volumes and plans. Your focus will be driving business growththrough initiatives, while partnering with Vendor PerformanceManagers (VPMs) to identify further growthopportunities.

  • Drive Inbound acquisitions and business growth to meetand exceed business goals. Emphasizing on workflows and operationalefficiency to guide day-to-day execution of the Direct ScaledAcquisitions program in APAC, ensuring a businessrhythm.
  • Manage, inspire, and motivate a teamof Vendor Performance Managers (VPMs) across APAC, ensuringenablement with Google sales, product, and internal toolsknowledge.
  • Develop and grow senior crossfunctional relationships across external and internal stakeholders,including Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO), Vendor Strategyand Operations (VSO), Acquisitions Marketing and Sales Finance.Work with the regional Marketing team to ensure growing leadvolumes and accurate forecasting.
  • Buildinfluential, trusted partner relationships with vendor salesmanagement for your line of business, communicating expectationsfor delivering against program-specific agreement terms whileproviding appropriate support, standard procedures, andguidance.

Minimumqualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practicalexperience.
  • 11 years of experience in a salesmanagement consulting, sales operations, sales leadership, orrelated role.
  • Experience owning the output ofa contact center, field operations, and tech support operation,including meeting goals and metrics.
  • Experience managing a Sales team, or a similarsales-focusedteam.

Preferredqualifications

  • Experience in driving business outcomes across multiplemarkets in Asia Pacific.
  • Experience in runningscaled operations and vendor management.
  • Experience working in acquisitionbusiness.
