Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Rental & Leasing Associate to support the Rental & Leasing department in maintaining fleet operations, handling customer inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities. This role involves expanding the client base through cold calling and telemarketing, assisting in achieving sales targets, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the department.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend and provide internal service support in a timely manner.
  • Support Rental & Leasing department to ensure smooth and productive operations.
  • Expand existing business with new clientele through cold calling and telemarketing.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for new short term/long term car leasing for corporate clients and rental customers.
  • Involve in achieving sales target.
  • Upkeep the Rental & Leasing department fleet.
  • Attend to customers’ enquires and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist to achieve overall department's objectives.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by superior.


Job Requirements:

  • Preferably Diploma holders or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 license.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and self-motivated.
  • 5.5 days’ work week.


Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Every Saturday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
