Roles & Responsibilities

We seeking a Accounts Assistant to join our team.

• Company located at Jurong East, near to the MRT

• Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)


ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities including preparing payment
  • Handling and manage the cash book and reimbursement claim
  • Ensuring all supplier’s invoices are supported by purchase orders and goods receipt notes if any and they are correctly approved, and coded before input into the accounting system
  • Daily and monthly accounting duties including AR / AP functions, including preparation of journal vouchers to be reviewed by the Senior including inputting of all accounting entries to the accounting system
  • Attending to Creditors’ enquires
  • Support audit-related activities
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
  • Data entry and assisting with administrative support
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Work experience as an Accounts Assistant or Accounts Clerk
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work independently
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
