Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market reach. Your role will require a mix of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and hands-on sales execution.
Your main target audience will be companies in the construction industry, offering courses to assist companies to strengthen their workforce and lower worker's levy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify potential business opportunities, new markets, and untapped customer segments through research and networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and manage the sales process to successfully close new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and effective delivery of services.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track, measure, and report on sales performance and business development activities, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business development strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Sales experience is preferred, but we welcome all candidates, even those without sales experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to drive sales, generate leads, and close deals successfully.
- Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed set business development targets and KPIs.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, independent, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Verbal Communication: Confident with verbal communication skills.
