Roles & Responsibilities

Responsiblities

  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Monitoring monthly utility consumption and support energy conservation/green initiatives led by management.
  • Ensure timely renewal and new application of licenses, permits and certificates, complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and track Term Contractors' maintenance servicing schedules.
  • Communicate with tenants via phone and email for various property management matters.
  • Handle invoicing for property management services.
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Management team.

Requirements


  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification.
  • Prior experience in Property Management is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in computer applications is required.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong initiative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, be a team player, and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice.
