Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
  • Administrative & Procurement:

- Handle general administrative tasks, including documentation and correspondence.
- Manage purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order processing, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and payments.

  • Sales Support & Customer Coordination:

- Assist the sales team with order processing and follow-ups.
- Issue invoices and ensure proper documentation for sales transactions.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:
  • A Level or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, procurement, or sales support.
  • Experience in issuing invoices and handling sales documentation.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
