Archisen is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, focusing on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and content creation, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and external agencies. This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a company at the forefront of agritech innovation and sustainability.


Job Description:

  1. Marketing Strategy and PlanningDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Archisen’s business goals and growth objectives.
    Assist go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new markets, with a focus on expanding into regions like Malaysia and key agricultural states.
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches and business development initiatives.
  2. Digital Marketing and Content CreationOversee the content strategy for all digital platforms, including blogs, case studies, and social media.
    Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), ensuring timely and engaging posts that reflect Archisen’s mission of food resilience and sustainability.
    Collaborate with external vendors for SEO optimisation and lead generation campaigns. Ensure the website is optimised for performance and user experience.
  3. Lead Generation and CRM ManagementPlan and execute lead-generation campaigns using email marketing, digital ads, and partnerships. Track and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights.
    Oversee the use of the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and ongoing nurturing strategies.
  4. Brand Positioning and Public RelationsEnsure Archisen’s brand message is consistent across all marketing channels and aligned with the company’s values.
    Develop and manage public relation campaigns, including press releases for key partnerships and product innovations.
    Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
  5. Event ManagementPlan and execute Archisen’s participation in industry events such as Agri-Food Tech Expo Asia, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement with potential partners and customers.
    Organise workshops, webinars, and focus group discussions to gather feedback and increase brand awareness.
  6. Vendor and Agency ManagementManage relationships with external marketing agencies for SEO, content creation, and digital marketing. Ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment with Archisen’s goals.
    Oversee creative agencies involved in branding exercises and web development projects.
  7. Performance Tracking and ReportingSet and track key marketing KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, social media engagement, and website traffic.
    Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance and provide insights to optimise future campaigns.
  8. Budget ManagementDevelop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet marketing goals.
    Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure cost-efficient marketing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media management, and content marketing.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and engage stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimise marketing performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the agritech, sustainability, or technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity with event planning and management for industry exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Experience managing public relation campaigns and media relationships.
