Looking for a Coordinator in a limousine service business in Singapore: managing bookings, scheduling drivers, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Here’s a basic job scope:
1. Booking & Reservation Management- Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and bookings via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Coordinate and confirm booking details, including pickup/drop-off locations, timing, and special requests.
- Manage last-minute booking requests and schedule changes efficiently.
- Assign drivers based on availability, location, and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper scheduling to maximize fleet utilization while minimizing downtime.
- Monitor real-time trip status and adjust schedules as needed for traffic conditions or delays.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and assistance.
- Handle customer complaints, special requests, or service recovery when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating smooth pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Work closely with the operations team to track vehicle availability and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure that all vehicles are assigned appropriately based on client needs (e.g., VIP service, corporate bookings).
- Coordinate with chauffeurs to ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for service.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, driver schedules, and customer preferences.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on trips completed, fleet utilization, and revenue tracking.
- Assist in processing invoices, billing, and payments for corporate and individual clients.
- Ensure drivers follow company SOPs, safety regulations, and customer service standards.
- Verify that all necessary permits, insurance, and licensing for vehicles and drivers are up to date.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support promotions and new client onboarding.
- Collaborate with the finance team for billing, payments, and contract management.
This role is fast-paced and requires strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth limousine operations in Singapore’s competitive market.
