Sales Manager – Commercial Electric Vehicles
Motorway is proud to be the official distributor for QingLing Commercial Electric Vehicle, a brand known for its innovative and high-performance electric commercial vehicles. As Qingling enters the Singapore market, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead the launch and growth of this exciting new brand. Role Overview:
As the Sales Manager for QingLing Commercial Electric Vehicles, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a sales strategy that establishes QingLing as a leader in Singapore’s growing commercial EV market. You will oversee the entire sales operation, manage a team of sales professionals, and build relationships with business clients interested in adopting electric vehicles for their fleets. Your leadership will be essential in achieving sales targets and expanding QingLing’s presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead sales efforts to drive growth for QingLing Commercial Electric Vehicles.
•Develop and implement a sales strategy to establish QingLing’s brand in Singapore’s commercial EV market.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fleet operators, and partners.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships focused on sustainable transportation.
•Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
•Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to management.
•Ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and post-sale support.
•Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and conferences.
•Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and technical teams for a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in sales management, preferably in commercial vehicle industry.
•Familiarity with electric vehicles, particularly in commercial applications, is a plus.
•Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
•Business acumen with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
•Strategic thinker with a track record of developing successful sales plans.
•Valid driver’s license.
•Work location – Jurong
