Facilities & Admin Officer | $3.2k + VB

- Location: Ang Mo Kio
Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities and maintenance, including scheduling, assigning, and following up with vendors/contractors on work progress.
- Enhance office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and procuring safety equipment.
- Oversee general office management, such as yearly carpet and office cleaning services, and assist the Building Management FSM in conducting fire drills and CERT exercises.
- Support the Production and Engineering departments in facilities maintenance, including compliance with the yearly disposal of expired chemicals and damaged equipment.
- Track and update the planned preventive maintenance schedule, ensuring the timely renewal and compliance of building and facility permits and inspections.
- Organize and maintain proper facilities management documentation and provide general office administrative support.
Requirements
- Min. GCE ‘N’ Level and min. 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
- Willing to perform hands-on tasks such as packing, checking, and organizing stock items.
