Job Highlights:
- Basic salary: SGD 2,200 (Will increase after 3 months of contract/probabtion)
- 3-Months Contract (Subjected to convert to permanent/renewable depending on performance)
- Location: Ubi
- Working days: 5.5 days per week
- Mon – Fri: 830am – 530pm, Sat: 830am – 1230pm (Alternate)
- Initial 3 months probation, will likely be required to work on all sat.
- OT usually until 7:30pm – 8pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks
- Meet service level agreements with banks and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with bank customers and internal production teams
- Prepare and report on card statuses, inventory levels, and monthly billing
- Participate in service level meetings, project meetings, and negotiation discussions with banks
- Collaborate with Card Centre Management to achieve business goals
Requirements
- Comfortable with keeping phone in staff locker before entering working premise (Due to sensitive information in the office)
- Prior working experience in the Banks would have a priority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism through interactions with stakeholders across all levels
