Job Description

- Position Title: Operations Admin/Operation Coordinator
- Working Location: Joo Koon
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Help manage the daily administration tasks for the department.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations.
- Data entry and updating records in the system.
- Assist with planning and scheduling workers according to site requirements and standard procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the deployment of trucks and drivers.
- Assist with vehicle scheduling & drivers scheduling
- Prepare and review all necessary documents before passing them to other departments for processing.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and scanning.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure documentation are done correctly.
- Assist in the administration of submission of BCA approvals & site permits
- Assist in the scheduling and planning of the workforce
- Keeping track of inventory & ordering supplies
- Assist in managing the maintenance of office & facility equipment
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

- 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with numbers
· Preferably 2 years+ experience as an Operations & Admin Executive or similar position
· Strong organisational & administrative skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Management Software
· Detail oriented
· Ability to multitask is a must
· Familiar with administration in construction or railway engineering setup
