Roles & Responsibilities

9 months contract role


Handle operation matters related to Unsecured Cards and Servicing which covers Financial and non-Financial services.

Responsibilities
• Identify operational risks and implement measures to address/mitigate the risk
• Establish and maintain effective relationship and partnership with key stakeholders
• Engage business and operations stakeholders on proposed analytic requirements and solution, leverage on internal and external data to provide data-driven insights in realizing joyful employee and customer journeys
• Provide User Requirements & perform User Acceptance Test/Live Verification on initiatives/production fixes
• Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately
• Handle operational issues and provide escalation to management team
• Challenge status quo and execute changes in an effective manner
• Provide insights through data visualization and presentations to deliver productivity, identify root cause of a situation and to provide actionable insights

Requirement:
1. Meticulous individual with an eye for details
2. Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Power Point, Excel
4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

  1. Job scope:
  2. Handle debit card / ATM Card activities (card activation, limit update, cancellation, unblocking, replacement, maintenance , ATM application, Acct Linkage, Pin Gen and Card control function)
  3. To support BAU workload from other team members who need to perform LV and help in result verification.
  4. Main maker for transactional posting
