Job Overview:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level positions. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, employee referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter, to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires to enhance employee experience.
  • Generate hiring reports and analyze recruitment data for process improvements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
