Job Overview:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level positions. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, employee referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires to enhance employee experience.
- Generate hiring reports and analyze recruitment data for process improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
