Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in guiding the team of Property Officers for all the estate management matters of a Division to effectively carry out the functions and duties of the Town Council.
  • Involve in inspection of horticultural works, upgrading building projects and building maintenance issues.
  • Liaising with contractors and attending to improvement works and feedback from the customers.
  • Establish close partnership with relevant agencies and grassroots organizations to achieve the vision and mission of the Town Council.
  • Reporting to the Property Manager.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate for Business / Facilities Management for Business / Intelligent Building Technology / Green Building & Sustainability / Building Services / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • No experience needed (Training will be provided)
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills

Salary: $3,400

Working hours : Mon-Fri 8.30am - 6pm
