Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source customers through cold-calling and manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, appointment scheduling, proposal preparation, presentation, negotiation, and building strong relationships by offering reliable finance solutions.
  • Accurately document all pipeline activities.
  • Achieve (and exceed) targets set by the company effectively.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels qualification or higher in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Sales-driven, confident, and assertive.
  • Possess a positive work attitude, high motivation, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
  • Relevant experience in dealing with SMEs and a proven track record will be beneficial.

Additional Info:

  • 5 days work, Mon-Fri (9:30am - 6pm)
  • Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission + Incentive
  • No OT required
  • Easily Achievable Incentives + Commission up to S$ 4,000 – S$ 6,000
