PRO/APRO should possess the knowledge and ability to ensure the effective management of public relation issues and addressing general project queries from residents with tact and patience.
PROs/APROs are responsible for the maintenance of good relations and rapport between residents and other relevant parties through effective communication in English and one other official language. Ability to speak one other Chinese dialect is a plus.
Job will include:-
- Attending to residents' feedback, queries, requests, and complaints with tact and patience.
- Preparing administrative reports for key indicators such as units completion, water testing, residents' choice/changes, etc.
-Preparing work schedules and documentations
- Arrange of water tests
- Setting up organized systems for filing and HIP programmes
- Liaising with sub-contractors on residents' requirements and changes to ensure the punctual completion of units
- Liaising with and between HDB, Residents' Committees (RCs), and Town Councils.
