Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Orchard, Singapore
Salary: $2,300 - $2,500 per month

Job Type: Full-time (5 working days, weekends off)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to join our team at our Nail Salon in Orchard. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and capable of handling administrative tasks effectively. If you are proactive and have a passion for supporting business operations, we'd love to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Set Payroll
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, record-keeping, and handling basic paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate salary and attendance records for staff.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by supporting day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Assist with managing and organizing appointments and schedules.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service when needed.

Requirements:

  • Need payroll and excel experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to start immediatly will be a advantage
