Atomic is excited to partner with a tech seeking an HR Admin Executive to join their dynamic team.
The role will work closely with the HR team to support payroll and assist in the onboarding process and other HR-related functions.
If you're looking to advance your HR career with a focus on payroll and generalist responsibilities, this is the perfect role for you to expand and grow. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity to be a vital part of a dynamic and reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output, and statutory payments by working closely with local payroll vendor in timely manner, with a high level of accuracy.
- Process monthly invoices relating to staff welfare, consultancy and payroll processing fee etc
- Ensure timely processing and payment of all government statutory related contribution and/or payments including submission of government claims and/or reimbursements.
- Responsible to check annual tax reporting submission
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records (both physical and electronic).
- Ensure all employee documentation is compliant with company policy and legal requirements.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including issuing offer letters, conducting new hire orientations, and processing exit formalities.
- Assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or any other relevant courses.
- 1-2 years of HR experience
- Pro-active and detail-oriented.
